1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website available at https://nordcomnl.com (the “Site”) or using the services of Nordcom N.L. inc. (“we”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (the “Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, to submit a request to us through the Site. By submitting a request, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We strive to describe our products and services accurately, including images, features and, where applicable, prices or rates, which are displayed for information purposes only, without guaranteeing that these descriptions are free of errors. Only a written quote or agreement from us is binding.

9. Language of the contract
In accordance with the Charter of the French Language, the French version of these Terms prevails over any translation in the event of a discrepancy, for contracts entered into with consumers located in Quebec.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which our head office is located, in Quebec, to settle any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to the rights guaranteed to you by the consumer protection laws applicable where you reside, which cannot be waived by these Terms.
11. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding their subject matter.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
